Audiotape Duplication

Audio cassettes of foreign language class material can be duplicated for students who wish to listen to the material outside of the Language Lab. Due to copyright restrictions, only two (2) audio cassettes can be duplicated per day. Audio material can be duplicated in CD format as well.Language Lab Computer Monitor

In order to acquire a copy of an audio cassette, a student must provide a library circulation desk staff member with two (2) blank 90-minute cassette tapes, and the title and chapter(s) to be duplicated. Audio cassettes are duplicated on a "first come, first serve" basis. The duplication process normally takes 15 to 20 minutes; however, it make take longer depending on the number of requests received. Audiotapes must be labeled with the student's first and last name, so the library staff can easily identify and return the tapes when they are ready.
