Who Are We?

KRCC is the Educational Access Channel for the Riverside Community College District serving the Inland Empire communities: Riverside, Norco and Moreno Valley. You can watch us on Charter Cable’s Digital Channel 94 (in Riverside and Norco) and on Time Warner Cable’s channel 17 (in Moreno Valley).

KRCC is operated by RCCD's Instructional Media Center, which is responsible for the use of media technologies in education. KRCC has two head-ends: one located on the Riverside Campus (transmitting to Charter Cable viewers) and the other at the Moreno Valley Campus (transmitting on Time Warner Cable). Both channels are solely operated and funded by the Riverside Community College District.
